Normally this would not be my choice of hotel .... But due to the outages and our winter storm and every other hotel being booked we had no choice but to stay here ! Overall the staff was AMAZING ! Very sweet .... Although I would say cleaning is not as well as it should be ! I really can't complain though it gave me and my family a warm place with a hot shower for 3 days when we had no where else to be warm or shower ! I'm greatly appreciative of this place !
This was an emergency and we got one of the last rooms during a winter storm. I did not expect fancy, just heat and hot water. We had a decent place to sleep and stay warm. Downsides were: no coffee in room or lobby, no hair dryer, pillows were old and flat. But it gets 4 stars for being a life saver. Courteous front desk.
Very nice accommodating staff, from housekeeping all the way up to management everyone is willing to help to make the guests accomodations enjoyable during their stay. I would love if they got the pool renovated!
My husband and I checked in late in the evening, after driving in a horrible storm. The gentleman that was working when we checked in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the only thing that was wrong, was the shower in our room was broken, so if you went to take a bath, you got a shower instead, although the tub will fill up. Overall, not bad. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
I used to go here when I was much younger more than 30 years ago. Back then it was very nasty and stuff. But now that I'm back in my hometown I'm staying here. It has made more than a 360 turn around I have not had any issues at all since I am here. The only downfall is the construction for the highway but they have no control over it so they get five stars all around! Great job!
I love this place when your on the move. They are very friendly and have snacks/drinks for $1-$2 right there. Next door is a gas station in walking distance. With on site laundry.
Nice relaxing place to stay!! Great people at the front desk. We stay days at a time just to get out of the city when we're off work and need a getaway!!
It was a good price for what we got. We were just needing a place to crash for the night with the family. It was late and he gave us a good deal that was almost half of most of the other hotels in the area. People were very friendly and helpful.
